Glasshouse Barn and Glasshouse Terrace
Glasshouse Barn – dinner and dancing - Modern, elegant reception space with floor-to-ceiling windows framing vineyard and hill views. The Glasshouse Barn is the largest event space. This spacious and contemporary barn is ideal for weddings of any size, combining modern elegance with a warm atmosphere. The space is paired with Glasshouse Terrace, allowing for flexible arrangements to perfectly match your wedding vision and needs.

Glasshouse Terrace – cocktail hour option - Wonderful for a cocktail hour or an outdoor space during reception to enjoy the fresh air, mountain, and sunset views. It pairs perfectly with the Glasshouse Barn since they are adjacent. It can be used as a cocktail hour before the wedding or an outdoor hangout spot during the reception.

Garden House – cocktail hour - dinner and dancing for smaller weddings - This inviting event space, complete with a large fireplace, is perfect for a wedding cocktail hour or smaller wedding. It offers a flawless blend of indoor and outdoor flow. This is a lovely space for a cocktail hour since it is next to the Cutting Garden. With the doors open to the Cutting Garden, guests can choose to be inside or outside during cocktail hour (which is wonderful if it is a hot day in the summer or a cool day in the fall).

Cutting Garden – wedding ceremony space - Adjacent to the Garden House, this open lawn is the ideal wedding ceremony spot. Manicured and lush, it features a raised platform, making it perfect for wedding ceremonies where every guest can have a clear view. Framed by white rose bushes, this space provides an idyllic backdrop for stunning wedding ceremony photos.

Bell Suite – getting ready room - The Bell Suite at Stanly Ranch is a stylish, light-filled space perfect for getting ready on your wedding day. With elegant interiors, a spacious lounge, and space for hair and makeup stylists to pamper you, it offers a serene setting for pre-ceremony preparations and beautiful getting-ready photo moments. It’s next to the Cutting Garden, so it’s easy to walk from the Bell Suite down the aisle.

Stanly Ranch is Close to Downtown Napa
When you are at Stanly Ranch, you feel like you are in your own wine country oasis. With multiple dining options, a spa, and pools on-site, you could enjoy your entire wedding weekend without leaving the resort. However, if you or your guests want a night on the town or a welcome event at a different location, downtown Napa is just six miles away.
For guests looking for something to do the day of your wedding, before the ceremony, downtown Napa is home to many restaurants, shopping, and antique shops. Be sure to check out the Oxbow Public Market, too!

You Can Serve Liquor at the Bar (Not Just Beer and Wine)
When you start planning your Napa wedding, you will quickly discover that wineries are not permitted to serve liquor. Stanly Ranch Napa is a resort, and they can serve liquor (and of course, beer and wine). So, if a full bar is a must for your wedding, you must check out Stanly Ranch Napa. So start thinking about your specialty cocktails and the fun names you can give them. One idea I love is, if you have a dog, name one of your specialty cocktails after them and have a cute sign made to go with it for the bar.

You Can Dance Past 10:00 pm (Unlike other Wedding Venues)
Another thing that catches couples by surprise when searching for the perfect Napa wedding venue is that many wedding venues do not allow outside music after 10:00 p.m. so they comply with the county’s noise ordinance.
At Stanly Ranch Napa, they have indoor options for your dancing so that you can dance well past 10:00 p.m. Don’t worry, you won’t feel like you are in a stuffy ballroom. The wedding spaces at Stanly Ranch are thoughtfully designed to include huge windows and doors opening to the outside.
INSIDER TIP: If you are going to have your reception go past 10:00 pm, be sure to offer late-night snacks to keep the party going. Popular late-night snacks are mac and cheese, a nacho bar, truffle fries, grilled cheese, and sliders.

Why I Love Planning Stanly Ranch Weddings
The staff is professional, organized, knowledgeable, and friendly, making planning smooth and stress-free. It is honestly one of my favorite venues to work at.
The resort-style amenities allow us to craft multi-day celebrations, so couples and guests can truly relax and enjoy the weekend.
Every corner of the property — from lavender fields to Infinity Hill — provides beautiful, photogenic moments that make each wedding unique.
No need for a rain plan tent. No one wants to think about rain on their wedding day, but we always need to be prepared with a plan B. Thankfully, Stanly Ranch has indoor options, so you don’t need to rent a tent at the last minute (which is stressful for you and a substantial last-minute cost) if there is rain on your wedding day.
It’s close to my house. I live less than 15 minutes away from Stanly Ranch, so it’s easy for me to zip over to check something out and easy to stop by and see what’s new.

How Much Does a Stanly Ranch Wedding Cost?
The cost of a Stanly Ranch wedding can vary depending on several factors. First, keep in mind that Stanly Ranch is a resort, so the Stanly Ranch portion of your budget needs to cover the site fee, food and beverage minimum, hotel room minimums, and any additional resort requirements such as a spa minimum. These costs can fluctuate based on the day of the week and season (for example, Sunday weddings typically have a lower site fee than Saturdays) and which event spaces at Stanly Ranch you are using.
As a very rough starting point, we recommend budgeting around $1,400 per guest to cover essential vendors (planner, florist, DJ, hair and makeup, photographer, videographer, signage, etc.) along with Stanly Ranch expenses. This estimate does not include additional design elements or rentals, such as specialty linens, chargers, lounge furniture, transportation, or a live band instead of a DJ.
At a budget of $1,400 per guest, your wedding would include tables, chairs, linens, glassware, plates, and flatware provided by Stanly Ranch. The floral arrangements would be beautiful, though likely more modest in size and fullness. Dancing music would be provided by a DJ rather than a live band, but it will still have a fun and energetic atmosphere.
INSIDER TIP: Consider hiring string musicians for your ceremony and cocktail hour to add the experience of live music, and make sure your DJ includes dance lighting to keep the energy high for the reception.

Consider hosting your wedding on a Friday, Sunday, or even a weekday to take advantage of a lower venue site fee and more flexible availability.
Use the tables, linens, flatware, tables, chairs, and glassware that Stanly Ranch provides to save on rental fees, while still maintaining a refined and polished look.
INSIDER TIP: The ceremony chairs are timeless (not your boring white poly folding chairs), so use the ceremony chairs from Stanly Ranch and focus your budget on ceremony flowers, which will be heavily photographed, and the backdrop for your vows.
Since Stanly Ranch provides tasteful in-house items, you can use specialty rentals sparingly and build on what Stanly Ranch provides. For example, use the table linens that Stanly Ranch provides and use a specialty napkin (like floral in spring or velvet in fall) to personalize the design without the additional cost of table linens.
Host your welcome event off-property to share another part of Napa with your guests and ensure the wedding day does not feel redundant. For example, a winery, a bar in downtown Napa, or your favorite Napa restaurant are all memorable ways to welcome your guests to wine country.
