Perfect for: The couple that wants to focus on the fun planning of food, entertainment, flowers and design decisions. At the same time, your wedding planner will be working behind the scenes on logistics and details with your vendors. The last four weeks you will have unlimited communication with your planner and peace of mind knowing that you are working closely with your wedding planner to ensure every detail is taken care of promptly.   • Provide planning tools, preferred vendor list and worksheets to make planning manageable and low stress

  • Vendor management and assist with selecting and booking vendors

  • Monthly email check-ins

  • Create and maintain a wedding day timeline and distribute to your vendors to ensure the day goes smoothly

  • Two planning meetings to be used as you like at any time. This is perfect for help where you need it and when you needed. This time is often used for meetings with other vendors, planning meetings, menu tasting or additional site visits.

  • Planning meeting three months before the wedding date, to discuss logistics and details

  • Four weeks out from the wedding day unlimited communication with your wedding planner to wrap up all the final details and answer questions

  • Final walk through at reception venue to review final details

  • The week of your wedding we make confirmation calls to vendors and send them the timeline

  • Lead ceremony rehearsal so you don't have to worry

  • Execute wedding day planning:

    • Arrive bright and early with an assistant

    • Keep the day on schedule and flowing

    • Point person for vendors and all questions

    • Placement of personal items provided by client (programs, favors, name cards, table numbers, guestbook, menus, toasting flutes, photos, etc.)

    • Apply final touches to decor

    • Assist guests and wedding party

    • At ceremony coordinate musicians, bridal party, seating and entrance

    • During the reception cue the speeches, cake cutting, first dance and other special moments

    • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

    • At the end of the night collect gifts, guestbook and personal items and give to a designated person

    • Assist with cleanup and breakdown at the end of the night

    • Bring wedding day Fix It bag to handle, repair and fix items
