  • One complimentary call before booking to ensure we are a fit for your vision and where you are in your wedding planning

  • Upon booking, a kickoff call to answer your immediate questions and discuss your overall wedding planning tasks

  • Provide planning tools, preferred vendor list, and worksheets to make your planning manageable and low-stress for you

  • Review contracts

  • Planning phone / video meetings to answer all your questions and make sure you are not falling behind with wedding planning

  • Create and maintain a detailed wedding day timeline and distribute it to your vendors to ensure the day goes smoothly and as scheduled

  • One site visit at your wedding venue to discuss logistics, layout, and details

  • Final meeting call to review final details and answer your last-minute questions, to ensure no detail is missed

  • The week of your wedding we make confirmation calls to your vendors and send them the final timeline so that everyone is on the same page

  • Lead ceremony rehearsal, so you don't have to worry

  • On the wedding day:

    • Arrive bright and early with an assistant, typically before the other vendors

    • Keep the day on schedule and flowing

    • Point person for vendor questions

    • Point person for guest questions

    • Placement of personal items provided by you (programs, favors, name cards, table numbers, guestbook, menus, toasting flutes, photos, etc.)

    • Apply final touches to the decor

    • Assist guests and wedding party

    • At the ceremony coordinate musicians, wedding party, seating, and entrance

    • During the reception cue the speeches, cake cutting, first dance, and other special moments

    • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

    • At the end of the night collect gifts, guestbook, and personal items, and give them to a designated person

    • Assist with cleanup and breakdown at the end of the night

    • Bring a wedding day emergency bag to handle, repair, and fix items
