Chef Tim Cabradilla was trained in San Francisco, and has ‘cheffed’ at some of Jackson’s most acclaimed restaurants since 1997. Crescent H Ranch, Spring Creek Ranch, Amangani and 3 Creek Ranch to name a few. He has been bringing an extremely high level of creativity, consistency, and experience to private wedding clients all over the valley since 2011. Chef Tim is an expert on wine and food pairing, gaining certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2001.
